We believe that you and your pre-teen will love everything that you receive from us. If something just doesn’t feel right, we offer free returns and exchanges on bras within 30 days of you receiving your product.

Training Bras & Sports Bras

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that bras are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Brief & Bikini Knickers

We cannot accept the returns of knickers due to hygiene practices.

Need to return your Journey London Product or want to try another size?

No problem, we’ve got you. As a new company, we ask that you kindly exchange bras rather then returning them. Please remember to return your products within 30 days of receiving your product to receive a full refund or exchange for another product or size. Items must be returned in unworn and re-saleable condition. Please note our policy mentioned above on returning our range of knickers.

How to return Journey London products

Step 1: Download and complete our returns form (please include it within the returned parcel). Click to Download Returns Form

Step 2: Pack your items similar to how they arrived (unused and in original packaging).

Step 3: Post them back to us at: Journey London Ltd, PO Box 6076 Ascot, SL5 5FQ

If you are returning your item because of fault or damage we will be more than happy to provide you with a free Royal Mail returns label. Please drop us an email with your name and purchase order number to Simply print, attach and drop your package into your local post office or arrange for collection if you’re in an eligible area.

(Free returns are valid for UK orders only of items that are damaged or faulty).

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns for items that are the wrong size or if you simply changed your mind. If you have any questions about our product please contact our customer service team who will be happy to answer any questions.

Products not returned in the original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
